My first day in Porto Alegre

On my first day in Porto Alegre I took a nap in the morning due to having 3 hours of sleep in 2 days.  After that we had salmon and feijoada for lunch, which was absolutely amazing.  One thing I like about Brazil is that we eat feijoada every day; it is very good.  Later we went to the mall and an art museum which was really cool.  I was still struggling to understand Portuguese at this point but am getting better.  That night I went to the Gremio soccer game with Cesar, his dad, and Marcela.  It was amazing being in the new stadium and watching Gremio win against Vitoria.  At the game we had hot dogs Brazilian style, or cachorros quentes.  They put peas and corn inside, which is really different.  My first day in Brazil was an amazing one, and the beginning of many.
No meu primeiro dia no Porto Alegre, tomei uma cesta porque dormi 3 horas em nos últimos 2 dias.  Depois isso comemos salmão e feijoada para o almoço, que foi absolutamente incrível.  Uma coisa que eu gosto sobre Brasil é que comemos feijoada tudos os dias; e muito bom.  Mais tarde fomos ao shopping e um museo de arte que foi muito legal.  Eu ainda estava lutando a entender português neste ponto mas estou melhando cada vez.  Naquela noite fui para o jogo do Gremio com Cesar, seu pai, e Marcela. Foi incrível estar no novo estádio e olhando Gremio ganhar contra Vitoria.  No jogo comemos cachorros quentos a estilo Brasileiro.  Colocaram ervilhas e milho dentro, uma coisa muito diferente.  Meu primer dia no Brasil foi incrível, o início de muitos.
